Is this just a coincedence?  This evening, after a bit of a lull from
such, I've gotten, as listowner/editor, six (!) different spams,
two from mister A-bomb and four "phone sex" items, some sent direct
some through the usenet gateway (thanks for REVIEW Eric!).
 
Any listowners out there still resistant to having subscriptions
confirmed, at least moderation for non-subscribers, etc.,  might want
to think about it again.     Douglas
