Apparently the server has 2 Fully Qualified Domain Names and continues to
repond to both names.

Your mail routing tables are very out of date.  The best fix is to change the
x:\listserv\main\site.cfg file to RUNMODE=TABLELESS SWGATE.LSOFT.COM
