Someone else had difficulty with that same site recently.
 
My simple suggestion: do NOT use the REPLY cmd, but instead compose a
new e-mail to: listserv@ukanvm (not to ukanvm.cc.ukans.edu which
is how the mailer (?) is tagging it).
 
(See the above Subject: line and the "%").
 
You might need a new CONFIRM code (by how).  If you have more
difficulty, contact me off-list.
