Is this a problem with Lsoft or a problem with PLANAR.COM??

I assume that they are combating spam by rejecting mail that doesn't
respond to a reverse DNS lookup.  Are they just timing out too quickly?

If only one post/day timed out and the others were delivered OK,  would
the autodelete delete on that basis?
