Hello everybody,

Sorry about posting a second mail - I had forgotten the Subject line in the
first.

I want to start a mailing-list and am looking for some service that is
willing to host it free for me.

Do you know of anyone I can contact to get my mailing list (preferably
L-soft's Listserv) hosted?

Also, I happened to, by chance, come in contact with a 'Shane R Henthorne',
and here are a few lines from his mail to me -

--------
I have a List (The Official Guild of Obsessive Modem Users, a non-profit
organization to bring together "Modem Addicts" around the world) on St.
John University's Listserv. The server is located at
MAELSTROM.STJOHNS.EDU. They have very good support and their servers are
VERY fast and reliable. If your list is NON-COMMERCIAL you can email
[log in to unmask] and ask about hosting your list there.

There is a Listserv list (sorry I don't know the address) that you can post to
asking for your list to be hosted. DRZ offered to host the OGOMU list
when I posted there.
--------

Do any know what this list is that Shane is talking about in the 2nd
paragraph? If yes please do tell me, so that I may post a request in that
list. (I have already posted a request to DRZ, but its better to try in
other places at the same time too).

In eager anticipation -

Regards
