1)  is there a way to change the default options for my lists so that new
people are automatically set to repro?  It's easier than explaing 5 or
six times a day how to do it (dispite the fact I even wrote a form
message that I answer that question with).
 
2)  On several of my lists, I keep the logs online for people to
download.  One of the things the the postmaster has become concerned
about is the abount of space they are taking up (and with good reason).
I'm trying to come up with some creative solutions.
 
Anyways, as listowner, it is possible for me to do file maintanence?
Remove old, defunct logs, replace some with edited logs, possibly add
other files?  If so, can anyone explain to me in idiot terms I can
understand how to go about doing this?
