We did go through a period on the maelstrom server where we upgraded and got
the Attachments= keyword feature, but for whatever reason, the default
mailtpl wasn't updated.

I had to get the default mailtpl from this list and hand code it into my
list mailtpl.

At any rate, easy enough to test, just send an attachment to your list.  Set
yourself to review for safety sake :)
