This is almost a FAQ.  This, and several other templates, are identified in Chap
9 of the Owners Manual as LINEAR TEMPLATES which are free-flowing text to which
the usual .xx formatting commands do not apply.  You can change the text
contents but you cannot otherwise format this (or other) template messages.
