It means that if you issue a
Q listname WITH CONCEAL FOR *@*
command in the body of a message to listserv@... you'll get a list of
subscribers to the "listname" mailing list that are set to CONCEAL.
This also works with other subscription options:
Q listname WITH DIGEST FOR *@*
returns all subscribers set to DIGEST, etc.
You need to be a listowner (or site administrator) to issue a "Q
listname WITH ... FOR ..." command.
