Hello all,

When I store files on our listserv system (PC, NT4, 1.8d 2000a) we update
the list.catalog to reflect the filename and it's location. However when we
try to GET the file we can only succeed if the file is actually stored in
the listname notebook directory not if the file is stored where it claims to
be in the list.catalog.
Is it my interpretation of this that is in error or was the list.catalog
supposed to allow you to store files in alternative directories to the
notebooks.
It would be nice if we could store files in a sub-directory of the notebooks
directories. Just to simplify control of those files.

Any helpful advice or notes from anyone who is actually managing to achieve
this would be gratefully received.

Regards
Duncan Russell
