Fair enough. So first do a:

QUERY LISTNAME WITH SUBJECTHDR for *@*
QUERY LISTNAME WITH DUALHDR for *@*

Then build a job that resets those people after the mass change to
FULLHDR. Also... I'd do this one with QUIET prefix so as not to alarm
folks.
