Dear Listowner Folks,

Please help. 8=]'

I have a "phantom" subscriber trying to signoff of Allergy from Web TV.

The subscriber is NOT showing up (under that name/e-ail address) in the
list, and, of course, LISTSERV is rejecting all commands from the user. The
user claims that they have never had another e-mail address - this is the
only possible e-mail address. <?>

I suspect a "friend" may be forwarding Allergy Digests to this person
(victim), or an alternate name/address/(screen-name) might exist. The name
and e-mail address of the user wanting to sign off does not come close to
matching either of the other two WebTV subscribers on Allergy.

The user just sent me this set of headers, which appear to be no help.

My Questions:

1.) Does anyone know the instructions for a WebTV user to see/forward the
whole/real addressing headers?

2.) Is it possible/likely that the Digest is addressed (or cached) funny by
WebTV, causing this problem?

3.) Is there a way to find the screenname/user name in the above headers?

4.) Does anyone know who to write to at WebTV for assistance?

5.) What can I do to help this unfortunate person? 8=\'

As always, thanks for any assistance you can provide.

 Pax,
