Another idea:

        Simply have the email client on which the message is composed set to send
the message at the prescribed time.  Eudora Pro has this capability.  It's
not a Listserv solution, per se, but assuming the list is not being edited
(i.e. messages approved by a moderator), the system would simply send on
the message..
