Douglas,
If the content is essential, then it is essential, regardless if the list
has 10 subscribers or 1000 subscribers. If the Head of Product Development
does not get the information sent, it could be a costly error for the
corporation. In many cases information dissemination is not a convenience
for the client; it can readily fall into the emission critical status.

Not in my case, but in some, a wanton removal of a client can cause a lot of
headaches, even loss of your job.

If it is truely "essential" to the individual, the inividual will
find a way to obtain the information.

Do not beat yourself about the head that one subscriber out of thousands
did not get the info (1 of 1000 is 0.001 per cent, or a tenth of a
per cent). Douglas
