I don't know about changing the LIST definition part (though
I suspect that would be "dangerous" and perhaps not reliable
for future versions of R-LISTSERV).
 
It would be safer to use the LISTSERV Distribute Mail
function.  Do the following commands for authoritative
descriptions:
 
INFO JOB
INFO DISTRIBUTE
 
e.g.,
 
//Path.LISTNAME JOB Echo=yes
DIST2 Mail
//TO DD *
userid1@node1
userid2@fqdn2
(etc.)
/*
//DATA  DD  *,EOF,Res=Disk
