Is there any way to set options (specifically TOPIC= attributes) in a
bulk addition operation like below:

ADD listname DD=MYDD IMPORT PW=xxxx

[log in to unmask] Fake User3
[log in to unmask] Fake User4

If I wanted all of these users to be added with the TOPIC: +Cats, how
would I do this?
I am aware of the default-topics attribute and cannot use it for what I
need to do.
