I think she's reporting a recent problem.  The PEERS issue is a long term
one that has been addressed.  I'm also getting double ACK's this afternoon
that I can't explain.  I recently fogged my own brain over the peer issue
so I've been assuming I'm seeing a side effect of that, but....
