Since Delay is 5 days and the first error was the 11th and another
happened on the 16th (5 day monitoring period) he was deleted.
*IF* the 3rd error was on the 15th and none the 16th, he wouldn't have
been deleted. Same if the 3rd error was on the 17th as the Delay period
was over.
