Thank you for your response.  I am the only person who is able to take
individuals off review and I had manually put her on review months
ago.  Our list automatically puts every person on review when they first
join and then I take them off review as soon as I see they are not a
problem to the membership.

The only thing that was different this time is that we had to freeze the
list, put the entire list on review (due to a message that would have
caused a horrible fight on line).  We deleted that message  and then put
the line back to its original settings.  Could this have caused the glitch?

Also, she is very computer saavy.
