If you think that a new series of problems would brighten your day, there
are indeed  a number  of ways  you can  set up  some sort  of semi-stable
connection that  will let the messages  flow through, with a  varying but
always nonzero amount of undesirable side effects. But this is not called
"peering", it is not  supported, and if you do it  you will have problems
and you will then ask me how to fix them :-)
