I seem to remember that it is possible to post to newsgroups on usenet via
bitnet by way of a computer at the Peoples' Republik of Berkeley.  Can anyone
tell me if I am hallucinating?
 
Can anyone tell me another way of posting to usenet groups via bitnet or
internet?
