I just did REPLY using PMAIL 2.3(R5).  A PMAIL user has a toggle
option to "include message as RAW or TIDY".  This REPLY is done with
TIDY and automatically eliminates the "extra" routing headers.
Normally I would also edit out the To:, Reply-to:, and Organization
lines for additional "tidyness".  Notice the >To:  with no space
between the > and the T.  This should allow the message to make it
through the Listserv Loopcheck.  We will see. . . ;-))
