It  means  Princeton  screwed  up.   It's  very  surprising  given  their
experience with BITNET. There's nothing you  can do about it, LISTSERV is
just informing you that the message isn't  being sent and that it may not
be sent at all if the  LISTSERV administrator doesn't fix the problem and
resubmit. I don't think there is any cause to worry.
