?  That's exactly what you told it to do.  what you want is actually:

<mailto:listserv@yourhost?body=unsubscribe%20comp_incisive>

extra points for using the listserv variables to substitute the correct 
email address and list name in automatically.  i just can't remember them 
offhand.
