There is now a WWW site where you can sign a petition to support Senator
Leahy's opposing study. Basically, the senator wants more time to study the
consequences of the bill and how it would be possible to enforce such
legislation.
 
The site has the information on the Exxon bill itself, further information on
Leahy's study, and places to go to get more updates on the status of the bill.
