I am in the process of moving a list which has been abandoned by one of its
list owners and is being turned over to me by the remaining co-owner. The
problem is that the principal owner has been missing in action for months.
He added the co-owner, who has no knowledge of Listserv and then
disappeared. The list is totally public and is spammed frequently. The
co-owner is getting all manner of error messages and has no idea what to do
with them. We would like to shut the list down on its current host, but
don't know the proper way to do that. I will post this here and then run to
read my listowner's manual. Sorry if I got that backwards. Any advice?
