Sorry, that last should be
UNLOCK listname [pw=xxxxxxxx]

But, as I indicated before, a LISTSERV host site maintainer should
know such commands as well as the listowners.

The name of this list is lstOWN-l .  The "own" indicates that it is for
listOWNERs, not listserv maintainers.  The two lists were set up that way,
at the same time, by the same person, the name of the list indicating which
is for whom.
