I do not have a recomendation for a program that does a good job of resending,
but here is a distribute program that can be sent to any LISTSERV for doing the
same function.  It uses the sender option.
 
Items marked with XXX (description) are replaced as appropiate.
 
ACK=MAIL can be changed to ACK=NO if you do not desire notice that it was
distributed to the destination List.
