Sort-of, but:
Not all servers are named listserv.x.y (e.g. peach.ease.lsoft.com)
Some sites use a CNAME for the server name so it says www.x.y
Not every site puts the WA.EXE CGI in the 'scripts' directory
Some sites even change the name of wa.exe.

The general format is

 http://(server_name)/(cgi_dir_name)/(wa_name)

The calling parameters part ?SUBED1=listname&A=1 is correct and cannot be
changed. Even case must be preserved as shown.
