Well, I had my message all set to go then got another surprise when I
"read-in" the item from the file I'd saved it to, so I scrapped the old
and started over.

I *thought* I received this for approval (using forward or ok) as in the
header, in the received stamp, it says "for <[log in to unmask]>" and to
my knowledge the only time I get that form of the address is when
something comes for approval, for anything else it's <[log in to unmask]>.
But, there was no LISTSERV blurb saying the item was for approval, use
forward or the ok mechanism. Yet when I "read-in" the message, there's
the blurb, use forward.

What? How is the instruction blurb being hidden? Does it have anything
to do with bcc? That he sent an encoded image with the thing (MIME
attachement)? Something else?

He then sent an item about "how to spam," but for that one I did get
the approval blurb right there at the start, so maybe he was careless
on that one. Anyway, both headers are below (there are noticeable
differences). Explanation of this would be appreciated. Douglas
