Look at the headers of the messages causing these problems.
Chances are you'll see "MIME" and/or MIME/Quoted Printable as
a common factor.  This in itself causes no problems except for
subscribers who are using older, non-MIME capable readers.
You either have to tell the latter to upgrade their mail reader
to something more modern, or tell the former to send in plain
text format only.  Either way, you'll never get 100% compliance,
so learn to accept it.  :-)
