Messages that get reviewed by the editor have "Approved-By:" in the header.
First, I gather this appears only in fullhdr and subjecthdr, and not
shorthdr, but I'm not sure. Now I have an owner that would like to get rid
of this. It implies that he approves of the message, which he doesn't. He
just saw that it wasn't spam, and that it didn't have excessive quoting or
an outrageous signature. Can it be made to disappear?
