I was wondering if anyone has compiled LCMDX.C that is found in the
Developers Manual for Listserv.
I have a C compiler but am having problems finding a few header files that
are needed to compile the program.  If anyone has this program already
compiled for Windows NT running on an Alpha and Intell based system could
you send it to me.  I would really appreciate it.  Thanks.
