It tells Listserv that if there is a "Reply-to:" header in the post, to
respect it, i.e. copy it to the outgoing mail. If there is no
Reply-to: in the incoming mail, the first operand of "list" or "user" is
honored.
My preference is to use "list, ignore". Its consistant. ...,respect
is not consistant.
