As has been oft-stated here and on other list owners' lists, you may want
to move all your lists to:
 
*  Subscription=        Open,Confirm
 
as this form of harassment of net people is not going away soon.
If you've ever been subscribed to several hundred (or more) listserv and
majordomo lists, as I've been once, you would be very grateful for the
lists where you simply delete the sub confirm request.
