You need to be officially added to make changes.  Tell her to use the GET
command.  She can send the following to listserv address:

        GET LISTNAME (HEADER NOLOCK

It will return your list header with a PUT command already in place at the top.

My old one looked like this:

Now she can simply send this back to listserv after inserting her password
in place of the X's, changing her email address and adding you as an
additional owner.  The primary owner should always be on the first line.
