The command "INFO" to [log in to unmask] produced a list of
information files including:

FAQ (LISTFAQ MEMO)
and
PResent (LISTPRES MEMO)

The command "GET LISTPRES MEMO" had the desired effect, but "GET LISTFAQ
MEMO" produced the reply: "This server does not have any file by the
name LISTFAQ MEMO"

Any explanation? and is there a FAQ file? and if so how do I get it? Are
all commands case sensitive (I get the impression not)
