fn PACKAGE as well as fn $PACKAGE can both be susbscribed
(either AFD or FUI).  Subscribing to the former will GET ;-)
you any file that is added or updated to the package.  The
latter will get you the packing list (the list of files
within the pacakge) any time the packing list itself is updated,
as opposed to when the files to which it refers are changed.
$PACKAGE is a meta-concept.
 
And while we are are on AFD/FUI, you can subscribe to fn FILELIST,
but kids, DON'T try this at home, and then only under adult super-
vision.  This is useful for filelists that are not discussion
lists, but (mostly) just file archives.  (Yes, they do exist.)
