It got thhrough because it isn't an attachment.  Language= NOHTML applies
only to html ATTACHMENTS, and, of corse Attachments= also applies only to
attachments, EXCEPT for HTML attachments, for which you use Language=
NOHTML.  But, if the html isn't an attachment, it is the text of the
posting, and neither will do you any good at all.  The person probably has
her mailer set text/html .  Tell her to change it to text/plain.
