This is extensivly explained in Appendix B of the Owners Manual or Site
Manager's manual. (same appendix)

All that LISTSERV can hope to do is set the Reply-To: header line for outgoing
messages per the instructions you give it. What the user's mail client program
does with that information when the user presses the 'reply' button is up to
that program. There are 2 ubiquitous programs (cc:mail and outlook express)
that are well known to ignore the Reply-To: header. As always the sender of
any message has the responsibility to understand their program enough to direct
their mail to where they want it to go, sometimes having to overcome
shortcomings in the program to do so.
