I tried the QUERY AUTOCAT WITH NOMAIL [etc] FOR *@*
 and got the following output for my list (which has over
 3,000 subscribers)
   NOMAIL       576
   DIGEST       645
   INDEX         21
   Total       1242

 Thus about 40 % are set to some non-MAIL distribution option.
