We are there as a service from Western Oregon since we serve deaf and blind
individuals.  I do not have a backup person and I'm not going to contact
them.  I'll just have to wait for my contact to return but I did need to
find out if anyone else had experienced this.

No general help desk number that you can call?  Is your list related to a 
school function, or are you there by the grace of the site manager?  If 
you are school related, you should be able to find out who the backup 
person is for the site manager.  If he snuck you on to the system, it 
might be best to not rock the boat.
