It appears that I'm getting acks from Sweden
(<[log in to unmask]>), not from peach.ease.lsoft.com. Here's
the header on the service message:

You are not subscribed to the LSTOWN-L list.

I hadn't noticed that the sub information Jacob found already said my
account was set NOACK (at least at peach.ease).

I dunno. Subscription looks OK to me:

| MAIL You are sent individual postings as they are received
| FULLHDR Full (normal) mail headers
| REPRO You receive a copy of your own postings
| NOACK No acknowledgement of successfully processed postings

I guess I don't understand peering . . . but it does seem peculiar
that one location seems to know enough to process the postings and
send an acknowledgement, but not to have me listed as a subscriber.
I take it I'd get two acknowledgement messages, like Cleo, if both
were set to ACK? (What's the point of this?)
