Hi everybody,
 
I'm a newbie list owner.  What is the name of the MAILTPL template that can
be used in lieu of creating a FAREWELL file?  The *fine* manual says I
should find it in section 9 but its not there.  I also looked at the
DEFAULT.MAILTPL file and it's not there either.  Thanks for any forthcoming
help.
