Department XXX owns some 30+ local lists.  I have created an XXXSTAFF
list and set Owner= (XXXSTAFF) for all their lists.  This is working fine
in all ownership areas except handling errors.  All their lists are set
Errors-to= Owners and some XXXSTAFF subscribers object to the error
traffic.  The issue becomes how best to control this traffic.

One thought is to move the appropriate XXXSTAFF subscribers to Owner
status and then set Errors-to= Owner(XXXSTAFF) for all their lists.

Alternately, I suppose one could set up a XXXSTAFF-ERRORS list and
set Errors-to= (XXXSTAFF-ERRORS) for all their lists.

Has anyone handled a similiar situation in either of these ways, or found
a different solution?
