Unfortunately the country code information  is not available from BITEARN
NODES or  equivalent. I  had to  create a special  file which  I maintain
myself. It is automatically included in  new releases, and can be updated
manually  by ordering  a copy  of  COUNTRY FILE  from LISTSERV@SEARN  and
installing it on LISTSERV 191.
