Graphics files must be encoded.  They tend to be LARGE.  Subscribers must
not only be able to decode the file, but also have an appropriate
graphics viewer.  Many subscribers have mail quotas, as well as
list-owners' lists having archive quotas.

Usually it is better to have the graphics on your WEB server and simply
provide the URL.
