Thanks for the generic URLs for the web-based interface. I've now
established that the web-based interface hasn't been enabled, so I'll have
to do it by e-mail. Spencer, I think you said it was possible, though not
quite as straightforward as doing it through the web-based interface - would
you mind letting me know how to add and remove batches of addresses by
e-mail? Thanks.
