LISTSERV has two features for ignoring text: one for before your
commands, and one for after e.g.,
 
x.x.x.xx.x
// JOB
listserv commands
// EOJ
z.x.e.z.e.d  d
 
 
The "stuff" before the JOB card is ignored, and the stuff
after the EOJ is likewise.
