This MUST be the week that:
 
1) all sysadmins in the world decided to change their IP
   address
 
and/or
 
2) the InterNIC suspended root service to domains that
   have not paid their DNS registration fees
 
I received all sorts of list(s) distribution bounces that
would seem attributable to the above.
 
I guess the good news is that any SPAM would bounce too :-)
